iGeolise, Ltd. is a VC-backed B2B technology company. We make maps and data searchable by TravelTime rather than distance. We have 40 employees in UK, Lithuania, Poland, Netherlands, Russia and return over a billion requests each month for over 100 clients worldwide. We recently raised over £3 million in investment and now we're looking to expand our team.

We’ve developed TravelTimeSearch that can search 100,000’s of locations instantly without impacting our clients search response times, and unnoticeable to the user (which is world-beating volume and speed). Imagine going to the largest web sites in the world and finding relevant hotels by their travel time from your conference; or restaurants by their travel time from both you and your guests; jobs by the commute time from your home (or homes by commute time from work) ... or on dating websites, classifieds, or retailers. TravelTimeSearch is for sites with masses of locations, masses of users, and who make money from conversions – big sites, in some very obvious verticals. Your job as Head of Sales will be to drive high revenue growth from the integration and use of TravelTimeSearch by winning large, B2B client partners, and building, training and motivating a Sales Team of more junior members who will close the long tail of client opportunities. You will join the senior management team and contribute to the running of the business more generally. Ideally you will have some start up experience or be familiar with the challenges of building a sales function from the ground up.

Job requirements

We expect you to have experience of:

  • working with the senior management team to define sales strategy
  • price exploration 
  • market opportunity analysis / market development
  • discovering the optimal sales process and tactics, and iterating
  • development of a “sales playbook”
  • sales pipeline management and tracking
  • reporting to the board on commercial results 
  • team recruitment training and motivation
  • bonus commission structuring 

During our interviews and selection process you should be able to clearly describe your process for identifying, engaging and closing client partners. 

Role requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling solutions to Country Manager and C-level executives.
  • Prior experience in B2B technology / SaaS sales, especially selling to larger companies
  • Sensitivity to commercial and cultural differences across continents
  • Ability to perform in a small, fast-growing business
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Attention to detail and process - all progress with clients needs to be logged
  • Ideally, you will be based close to our London office
  • Insight on the current tech landscape and able to rapidly understand new technologies and the impact we can have on them.
  • Bonus: You have an established network in a relevant industry vertical
